Hi Leader, I see you.
I see you…
Leading at home
Leading in your community
Taking on a leadership role at work
You truly care about your work. Some might even say too much. But service and excellence are the only ways you know how to operate.
Except that your perfectionist ways have you creeping towards burnout.
Stepping into those leadership shoes is challenging.
Here’s the truth about great leaders, though — they’re comfortable ASKING for AND RECEIVING support with mental health.
Becoming a leader at work, at home, and even in your community takes practice. Even the people we admire as “born leaders” still have to work at it.
Once you accept support, you’ll no longer see struggle as a weakness. It’s a normal part of being human. We all need help occasionally, and it takes a lot of courage to admit when things could be better.
And I’d love to teach you these skills (Yes! Leadership skills are learned!)
“In the past, jobs were about muscles, now they’re about brains, and in the future, they will be about the heart.”
- Minouche Shafik, Director of the London School of Economics
