Is anxiety driving your behavior? It might be without you even realizing it…

If you find yourself people-pleasing, over-planning, or being hyper-independent, you might be OVERfunctioning thanks to anxious tendencies.

If you find yourself procrastinating, avoiding texts and emails, and avoiding commitments, you might be Underperforming — also thanks to anxious tendencies. 

These kinds of behaviors can help us cope with anxiety in the short term but often fuel our anxiety in the long term. 

That’s why, in this episode, I’m diving deep into WHY we turn to these not-so-supportive behaviors to cope and how to identify them. That way, we can replace these unhelpful behaviors with healthier tools to calm and relieve our anxiety.
